By accessing or using mailX, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use mailX.
1. About mailX
mailX provides email deliverability diagnostics for humans and AI assistants.
Our tools help users check, analyze, and understand email deliverability signals, including DNS records, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX, BIMI, blacklist status, inbox placement signals, and related technical configuration issues.
mailX is part of the Mailwarm ecosystem:
- Mailwarm helps senders build sender reputation.
- mailX helps senders diagnose deliverability problems.
- MailAdept helps senders fix and maintain deliverability with expert-led services.
Build reputation with Mailwarm, diagnose problems with mailX, fix and maintain with MailAdept.
2. Informational and diagnostic use only
mailX provides technical diagnostics, explanations, and suggested actions.
mailX does not guarantee that your emails will reach the inbox, avoid spam folders, improve sender reputation, increase revenue, or comply with all applicable laws.
Email deliverability depends on many factors, including domain reputation, IP reputation, email authentication, DNS configuration, sending behavior, content quality, recipient engagement, bounce rate, complaint rate, mailbox provider rules, and historical sending patterns.
You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and implementing any recommendation provided by mailX.
3. Eligibility
You may use mailX only if you are legally able to enter into these Terms and comply with all applicable laws.
You may not use mailX if you are prohibited from using the service under applicable laws, sanctions, export controls, or platform rules.
4. Account and access
Some mailX tools may be available without an account. Other features may require authentication, API access, MCP access, paid access, or additional verification.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials, tokens, and access methods secure.
You must not share access credentials with unauthorized users or use another person's credentials without permission.
We may suspend, limit, or terminate access if we believe your use is abusive, risky, unauthorized, illegal, or harmful.
5. API and MCP access
mailX may provide access through an API, MCP server, remote connector, app, integration, or other developer interface.
You are responsible for how you connect to and use these interfaces.
You agree not to:
- overload or disrupt mailX infrastructure;
- bypass rate limits or access restrictions;
- use automated access to scrape, clone, or replicate mailX;
- use API or MCP access for abusive email activity;
- use mailX to test domains, systems, or infrastructure you are not authorized to analyze;
- misrepresent mailX outputs as guaranteed deliverability results;
- use mailX to create a competing product or service without our prior written permission.
We may introduce or modify authentication, rate limits, quotas, monitoring, access rules, or paid usage tiers at any time.
6. ChatGPT, Claude, MCP, and AI assistant usage
mailX may be used with ChatGPT, Claude, MCP-compatible clients, AI assistants, automation tools, or other third-party interfaces.
When you connect mailX to ChatGPT, Claude, or another AI assistant through MCP, API, an app, or a connector, that assistant or client may send requests to mailX on your behalf.
You are responsible for:
- reviewing the requests you submit;
- ensuring you have the right to analyze the domains or systems submitted;
- verifying any output before taking action;
- using mailX in a lawful and responsible way.
mailX is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by OpenAI, Anthropic, or any other AI platform provider unless expressly stated in writing by that provider.
References to ChatGPT, OpenAI, Claude, Anthropic, MCP, or other third-party platforms are for compatibility, documentation, and integration purposes only.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use mailX to:
- send, support, or optimize spam;
- support phishing, fraud, malware, impersonation, or deceptive communications;
- assist unauthorized access, abuse, or security attacks;
- test domains, inboxes, IPs, or infrastructure you do not own or have permission to analyze;

mailX is intended to help users analyze domains, DNS records, and email infrastructure they own, manage, operate, or are authorized to test.
You must not use mailX to analyze, monitor, or investigate domains, systems, infrastructure, or email setups without appropriate authorization.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of mailX complies with your contracts, security policies, platform rules, and applicable laws.

10. Outputs and recommendations
mailX may generate technical results, reports, explanations, scores, warnings, or suggested fixes.
These outputs are based on available information at the time of the check. They may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or affected by third-party systems, DNS propagation, temporary network issues, mailbox provider changes, unavailable data sources, or incomplete user inputs.
You should verify important results before making technical, business, legal, compliance, or security decisions.
11. Read-only diagnostic tools
Most mailX tools are designed to be read-only diagnostic tools.
Read-only diagnostic tools may check public DNS records, public authentication records, blacklist data, domain configuration, or other deliverability-related signals.
Unless clearly stated otherwise, mailX diagnostic tools do not modify your DNS records, send emails, change your domain configuration, access your mailbox, or update your external systems.
If mailX introduces features that perform actions outside read-only diagnostics, we will describe those actions clearly.
12. Third-party data and services
mailX may rely on or link to third-party systems, including DNS infrastructure, blacklist data sources, mailbox provider signals, hosting providers, analytics providers, security tools, customer support tools, and other technical services.
We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their accuracy, availability, security, terms, or privacy practices.
Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
